FARM STAY CELSO – BOOKING POLICY
Bookings
The booking will not be confirmed until the payment is not carried out and the deposit confirmed within 7 days; the Fram stay Celso will feel free to offer availability to another client.
Deposit confirmation
In order to confirm and guarantee the booking, 50% of the total amount of the stay must be corresponded.
Terms of payment:
Deposit – 50% at the moment of booking, by means of bank transfer.
Settlement – upon arrival, by cash or credit card.

*eventual late arrivals after h. 21,00 must be communicated at the moment of the booking or the day before arrival.
Cancellation policies
- If a client cancels a booking 30 days before arrival date, 50% of the confirmation deposit will be returned (the cost of the bank transfer will also be returned);
- If the client cancels the booking between the 29th and the 15th day before arrival, the deposit will be totally held back (bank transfer cost will be deducted);
- If the client cancels the booking between day 14 – 0 (day of arrival), the client must pay the total amount due, excluding extra services (breakfast and meals).
- Likewise, if the client cancels a booking while at the farm stay (i.e. has booked for 6 days but decides to remain only 2), the client must pay the whole stay as booked, excluding extra services (breakfast and meals).
